• Interface to import planned data from OGI-system and Sarin and compare the planned data with actual data.
• Stone valuation based on Rapaport or user defined price list or combination of both. The data from Rapaport can be directly downloaded from the website.
• Blocking of Parcels whenever there is a deviation in the predefined parameters (loss) at task level and department level. The parcel automatically gets blocked and can only be released by authorized persons like supervisors or department managers.
• Alerts can be generated based on user choice like idle parcels, blocked parcels etc.
• Wages (Incentives) calculation based on various parameters like stone size, shape, rough type, task, repairs, experience of the workers and exports data in Payroll System.
• Option to import and compare lab results of the stones (carat weight, color, purity, cut, symmetry polish) with factory results and highlight the deviation.
• Option to save stone images at different stages of manufacturing.
